No. Each individual is only permitted one active account at winmy19. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of all balances, including any winnings. If you have forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot Password" function or contact winmy19 support via 24/7 Live Chat for assistance.

For most members, basic registration and deposits do not require any additional documents. However, winmy19 may request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold or in cases that require a security review. Documents that may be required include: (1) Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back photos, (2) a selfie holding your MyKad, and (3) a recent Malaysian bank statement or utility bill as proof of address. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours and only needs to be done once.
